5 night minimum stay for summer, 4 nights for holidays, and 2 nights off season. 2008 4th of July week is $345 are requires a 7+ night reservation.
Off season discounts on 4 or more nights. Please inquire. We pay applicable State lodging tax of 1%. A $80 cleaning fee will be applied to each rental. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

We except all forms of payment, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. A payment deposit will be due after we have confirmed dates with you. We will work to make your stay perfect.
