5 night minimum stay for summer, 4 nights for holidays, and 2 nights off season. 2010, 4th of July week requires a 7+ night reservation.
Off season discounts on 4 or more nights. Please inquire. We pay all applicable State & local lodging tax. A $85 cleaning fee will be applied to each rental. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
